Multi-Site/Multi-State Banking Assisted Service ATM Rollout Program


IPM Alliance is currently managing the implementation of Assisted Service ATM's in tellerlines throughout North America for Wells Fargo Bank. The scope of work includes Programming and Project Management included planning, scope review, budget analysis and tracking, entitlement management, implementation and close-out.

Programming and Functional Project Management for the 2009 - 2012 Wells Fargo Bank Integration of over 4,600 Wachovia Bank Retail and Administrative Facilities throughout North America 


As an integral part of the Wells Fargo PMO Conversion Team, IPM Alliance Principals recently programmed and managed the successful merger/integration of over 4600 facilities throughout North America. IPM Principals, in conjunction the Wells Fargo Conversion Core Team, successfully completed Program Development, Scope Definition, Budget Management, Master Schedule Tracking, Senior Leadership Reviews and updates, Scope Determinations, Design reviews, and Design Issue Resolution. 

IPM Leaders and Functional managers Programmed, ordered product and supervised the deployment of Marketing, Brand, Furniture, and Bank equipment for 500MM of Product in North America.  

Client: Wells Fargo Bank

 

Project Scope: Integration of Critical Banking Systems including data systems,ATM integration,SD Box consolidation, Bank Equipment upgrades, Furniture adds/moves/changes, Marketing Rebranding programs,and Major Remodels Regionally. The Program included ·   4,600 locations, 36,500 signs, 6,800 platform desks, 15,000 lobby chairs, 40,000 gallons of paint, 125,000 yards of carpet, 37 high rises converted, and 68 New urban flagship stores in NYC, Philadelphia, Miami, DC, & Charlotte.
